Add Attachment in a Note Under Account


  1. Open the Accounts Module: Begin by navigating to the Accounts module in Insights CRM. This module is essential for managing account-related information. 
  2. Locate the Notes Column: Scroll to the right side until the Notes column becomes visible on your screen. This column is your gateway to adding and managing notes for accounts. 
  3. Initiate Adding a Note: Click on 'Add Notes' or the Plus icon under the Notes column. This action will bring up a new window for note creation. 
  4. Attach a File: In the new window, click on the attachment icon. This is illustrated in the snapshot below. 


 

  1. Select the File: Browse to the location where your file is stored and select the file you wish to attach. 
  2. Open: Click on the 'Open' button to upload your selected file.  

 

  1. Save: Then, finalize the process by clicking the 'Save' button to add the attachment to your note. 


 

  1. View Saved Attachment: Click on Notes Icon in front of the company wherein attachment is saved. 
  2. A New Saved Notes window will be visible along with the attachment and notes.
