Check the Status of the Task Assigned to a User

  1. Navigate to My Activities module.
  2. Go to My Tasks tab.
  3. The system will by default show you the tasks assigned to you under Assigned to me. 
  4. Click on filter icon, the system will list down the tasks based on category.
  5. The system will show you All the tickets under the option of Date. However, you can change the same from drop down option.
  6. Click on any of the categories from the filtered option. We have chosen the Overdue category here.



  1. After the category is selected, system will list down all the Overdue tasks. You can act on these tasks as per the requirement.
