Create New Account Types



  1. Open Admin Module: Start by accessing the Admin Module in Insights CRM. 
  2. Select Data Fields: Click on 'Data Fields'. 
  3. Choose 'Account Type': From the data fields list, select 'Account Type'. 

 

  1. Add Account Type: Click on the 'Add Account Types' tab, located in the right-hand side corner. 

 

  1. Enter Details: Input the name for the Account Type. 
  2. Active Field: Select 'Yes' or 'No' in the Active Field from the dropdown menu. 
  3. Save the Account Type: Click 'Save' to store your new account type. 

 

 

  1. Confirmation: The new Account Type will appear in the list with its status, indicating successful creation. 

 

 

 

 

This streamlined process allows for efficient addition of account types in Insights CRM, aiding in tailored account management.
