Deactivate or Reactivate user from InsightsCRM


 

  1. Access Admin Module: Open the Admin module in InsightsCRM. 
  1. Manage Users: Select 'Manage users'. 
  1. Hover on User’s name: Hover over the user’s name and it will highlight the Deactivate button.  

  1. Deactivate: Click on the 'Deactivate' button that highlights.  

  1. Confirm Deactivation: Confirm deactivation by clicking on 'Confirm' in the popup.  

Re-Activate a User: 

  1. Hover on User’s name: Hover over the user’s name and it will highlight the Re-activate button.   

  1. Re-activate: Click on the highlighted 'Re-activate' button.  

 

A pop-up notification will confirm the reactivation on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
