Get started with your first e-mail using the native e-mail of InsightsCRM


When clicking on the email icon from the left navigation panel, a new screen will appear where the user can create and view all the emails. Several new functionalities have been provided in the system, like BCC and Personalization, allowing users to track emails sent from outside the system and personalize their emails.



  1. Email Template: Users can have pre-defined email templates in the system, which can be used directly while writing any email.


  1. Signature: Under this section, the user can add and save several signatures. Furthermore, the user can add new signature templates by clicking on the Manage Signature option shown under the Signature icon.


  1. Personalisation: Personalisation will allow users to add First Name, Full Name, Last Name, Company Name, and Designation.

When clicked on any of the above options, it will add a tag to the mail content, and when the mail is sent, it will automatically insert the respective data in place of the tags.


  1. Attach: The user can choose to Attach a File or Attach a File as a Link by clicking on the Attach option.



  1. Bcc:  This option helps the user to add an email address of the recipient who should be part of the mail trail.


  1. High Priority: This option helps the user to send an email with High Priority such that the recipient can act accordingly.
