Add Client Interaction Notes for Meeting under Contacts




  1. Navigate to the ‘Contacts’ module.
  2. Check the box in front of the Contact for whom the interaction is to be done.
  3. Click on Client Interaction Note  icon. 



  1. The system will open ‘Client Interaction Note’ window, select the ‘Meeting’ option.
  2. Type and search for any additional contact in the ‘Attendee(s) field (if required). 
  3. Enter the Subject relevant to the interaction.
  4. Select one of the Meeting Type (i.e.) ‘In-Person Meeting’ or ‘Virtual Meeting’.
  5. Location of the Meeting can be entered (if required/any). 
  6. Select the desired ‘ Meeting Date’. 
  7. Select the start time of the interaction from the Start Time option.
  8. Select the end time of the interaction from the End Time option.
  9. User can search for Deal and can link this interaction with it if the same is related to any Deal.
  10. Enter the description of the Interaction in the space provided under the Meeting Note.


 


  1. Add the ‘Tags’ if needed.
  2. User has the option to attach files related to the interaction by ‘drag and drop’ or by clicking on 'Browse’ button. 
  3. Click on ‘Save’ button to log the interaction.
