Record a Note against an Account




  1. Navigate to the Accounts module. 


  1. Click on the account name where you want to record a note



  1. Click on the Notes  icon



  1. It will open a new Add Note window; enter the subject in Enter Subject field. 
  2. Write the Notes in the Enter Notes field. 
  3. User can attach a document in the notes and add a tag by clicking on the tag icon and selecting the tag.    
  4. Click on the Save option to save the notes.


  1. The saved note will be visible under the contact profile.
