Managing Team Members in a Group in InsightsCRM

 

  1. Access the Admin Module: Start by going to the Admin Module in InsightsCRM. 
  2. Go to Privacy Settings: Select 'Privacy Settings'. 
  3. Choose a Group: Click on the Group Name you wish to manage. 

 

 

  1. Remove Team Members (if necessary): Under the Group name, you'll see listed Team Members. To remove a member, click on the cross sign (X) next to their username. 
  2. Save Group Changes: After adjusting, click 'Save group' to finalize the changes.
