Mark a Prospect active or deactive


  1. Click on the Prospects module.
  2. Click on the Prospect name.

  1. Click on the prospect details tab (as shown below).
  2. Click on the edit details.

  1. Click on the Is Active and select Yes (for Active) or No (for Deactivate).
  2. Click on the Save button.
