Modify or Delete Phone Number for an Account



  1. Navigate to the Accounts module.
  2. Click on Account Name.

  1. Hover the mouse over the Phone Number which needs to be modified, the system will pop up ‘Edit’  and ‘Delete’  icons; to modify the Phone Number, click on Edit  icon. 


  1. Amend the Phone Number as required. 
  2. Click on Green Tick  icon to save the changes. 


  1. The modified Phone Number will be shown under the Phone Numbers section of Account Profile. 


  1. Click on Delete icon to delete the Phone Number, in case the same is not required. 


  1. The phone number will be deleted from the Account Profile and the same will not be shown to the logged in user.
