Navigating through the contact's profile page


You can view and manage Contact Details, Interactions, Active Deals, My Tasks, and Notes on the contact's profile page.

  1. Contact Profile: - Once the Contact’s profile is opened, the logged-in users will see the details like Contact’s Name, Designation, Account Name, Email address(es), and Contact number(s). A user can select the respective tabs to Track "My Interactions,” “Service History,” “Active Deals,” “My Tasks,” and "Notes."


  1. Interests and Upcoming Tasks: - Interests section allows you to view and manage the interests of the Contact. In the Upcoming Tasks section, you can view, manage, and execute any upcoming Task logged against the Contact.


  1. My Interactions: - InsightsCRM centralizes all types of communications, interactions, and tasks done against the contact, in the My Interactions section. 


  1. Edit details and Statistical Summary: - User can edit the contact details. This section also gives a Statistical Summary of the communications done with the contact.
