View All 'My Interactions' for a Contact

  1. Click on the Contacts tab.
  2. Click on the contact name (for example, Anand Krishna) for which you want to view interaction history, as highlighted in the figure below.

  1. You will be directed to a new page where you need to click on the "My Interactions" tab which is present on the left side of the screen.
  2. After clicking on the " My Interactions " tab, you will see all the interactions history listed under the " My Interactions " section in the middle of the same page, as highlighted below.
