View the Task Assigned to a User


  1. Navigate to My Activities module.
  2. Go to My Tasks tab.
  3. The system will by default show you the tasks assigned to you under Assigned to me
  4. The heading/subject of task will be shown as highlighted
  5. The date of the task to be performed will be reflected on the right side of the tasks tab.
  6. All three icons in any task assigned to you means you can either email, call or do a meeting with the client regarding the assigned task. The  Email icon means you can send an email to the client to complete the task.
  7. The  Call icon indicates that you can complete the task assigned to you by calling the client.
  8. The  Meeting icon indicates that you can do a meeting with client to get the task done.  
  9. Only Call icon  in any task means that you have been asked to call the client regarding the assigned task.
  10. Only the Email icon  in any task indicates that you have been asked to call the client regarding the assigned task.
  11. You can click on Green Tick icon  to put the note/remarks that the task has been completed.
  12. The red cross icon  is used to update the note/remark if the task has been cancelled.
  13. The task assigned to you will be reflected in your Calendar in InsightsCRM as well.
