Overview of My Activities



The ‘My activities’ module is the default landing page of the application. It displays My Tasks, Calls History, and Upcoming Engagements. 


  1. My Tasks: - Under the ‘My Tasks’ tab, the logged-in user will see the list of tasks assigned to him. It shows the assigned task's completed, overdue, and pending status.  The Quick Actions option allows the user to complete the task 
  2. Logged-in users can see the list of tasks he has assigned to another internal user by selecting the Assigned by me option from the   dropdown option (next to Assigned to me). 


  1. Call History: - The Call History tab will list the history of all the calls you have made to the clients. It also shows the date and time as per the duration of the call.  


  1. Upcoming Engagement(s): - All the tasks assigned to the logged-in user (by an internal user), whether completed or in progress, will be visible to him under the Upcoming Engagement(s) tab in the Calendar view. Also, the user can change the calendar view to Day or Week from Month view (Default view). The task details will appear when the user hovers the mouse over the task.
